Summary/Abstract: This article presents main aspects concerning corporate social responsibility and emphasizes on ecological subject of the concept. Moreover the article shows chosen instruments of CSR in the area of ecology, for instance: ecolabelling, ecological management, investment in environmental protection. It analyses benefits which can bring ecological and social responsibility for many enterprises.
