Summary/Abstract: As a result of the activity carried out by the Constitutional Court, two decisions were published (pleas of unconstitutionality granted) regarding: the single art. point 2 [regarding art. 2 paragraph (1^1)] of Law on the approval of the Emergency Government Ordinance no. 68/2015 for the approval of certain measures of management of the structural instruments in the transportation field and regarding the provisions of Law for the approval of the Emergency Government Ordinance no. 4/2016 regarding the amendment and supplement of the National Education Law no. 1/2011.
