Summary/Abstract: Nowadays it is paid great attention to marketing researches in the construction business. The marketing research in the construction business has been divided in two groups: - the analyze of the product market produced by construction organization; - the movement of products and services in competition conditions. The conducting of the effective marketing research provides revelation of opportunities and threats of building enterprises, the evaluation of market perspectives and the adapting of the marketing strategy to the changing conditions of micro environment.
