DANGEROUS METEOROLOGICAL PHENOMENA AND THEIR DISTRIBUTION REGULARITIES IN THE COASTAL TERRITORIES OF THE CASPIAN SEA

Summary/Abstract: The reasons of meteorological phenomena, which are dangerous for the national economy, taking place in the coastal territories of the Caspian Sea and probabilities of the possible reiteration have been studied, the degree of their relation with climatic units analysed. The relation mechanism of flood forming donenpour rains with average and long term minimum temperatures has been examined and the existence of contrary relation between these two meteorological phenomena determined.
