Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to diagnose the needs and offer of higher education institutions in the West Pomeranian vocational education. The diagnosis is carried out on the basis of a survey being a part of a study commissioned by the Regional Labour Office in Szczecin. The survey covered all educational institutions in the West Pomeranian Voivodship in the area of vocational education. However, due to the very nature of universities, the authors have decided to single them out and consider them separately. The quantitative studies were realized by means of a diagnostic survey method with a questionnaire and CATI and PAPI techniques.
