Mechanism to counter anti-social behavior of the paticipants turnover exiting civil law

Summary/Abstract: In the article historical conditions of formation of a category „antisocial” in civil law are analyzed. The existence of the general prohibition of antisocial behavior in the Russian civil legislation, ensue from the content of the legal relationship between the state and the legally capable person, is proved. The content of civil law’s mechanism of prevention and suppression of anti-social activity of the participants of turnover is considered.
