Summary/Abstract: This article aims to show the impact of the crisis of 2008–2009 the functioning of entities with foreign capital in Poland. The analysis covers the years 2007–2013 taking particular account of entities operating in Podlasie. Statistical data were used GUS. The analysis of data shows that the 2008–2009 crisis had little impact on the functioning of enterprises with foreign capital in Podlasie.
