Summary/Abstract: The articles indicates that the development of social economy may become counterweight to current labor market in which the phenomenon of precarization occurs. The first part characterizes the concept of precariat, its distinguishing features and drawbacks from precarization of individual community and society. The second part discusses the social economy as activity area the development of which is a chance to alleviate the results of neoliberal instruments, applied in labor market.
