Summary/Abstract: The field research and the observations of the Danube river bank, between 836-840 km., allowed the recovery of the ceramic material into a dweling belonging to the Coţofeni culture. After determining the types of the broken pots founded in these dweling, the authors refer that a lid (pl. II/4) and a ceramic fragment (pl. I/15) belong the Vučedol culture. This finding is considered that is the most eastern presence of the Vučedol culture on the Danube river valley. The most of the findings presented in this invoice are recorded to Moldova Veche and to the Eastern discoveries mentioned to Ostrovul Corbului. The Kostolac findings reported in the entire Oltenia region and the in the Iron Gates area and also the Vučedol findings, would help us to tinting the discoveries in Coţofeni culture.
