Summary/Abstract: In the last four decades it could be seen an increase in international student mobility in global economy. Poland also tries to join the global process of internationalization higher educational institutions. The aim of this article is to identify the phenomenon of educational migration in Poland and analyze changes in educational mobility in the last decade. The first part of the article presents the legal conditions of stay foreign students in Poland. The next part includes the structure, numbers and dynamics of foreign students in Poland.
