Summary/Abstract: The program material has been teaching on physics subject according to the requirements of 5 (five) year's engineering training in the high technical education institutions of the Azerbaijan Republic till 1993 year. Cadre training had been begun according to the multi - stage system on -+ (four) year's bachelor training in the high education state institutions corresponding to the order M? 339 dated on May 7, 1993 of the Ministry of Education of the Azerbaijan Republic. Students have to be taught the practical considerable themes according to the requests of the times in the bachelor stage of the education need to be directed that, according with the learning the success of the science and technique, they can achieve the application of the results of the work with the investigating the getting results on the free scientific work in the master future.
