Summary/Abstract: Poland has developed regulations of concerning the protection of waters. They take into account the requirements of the European Union. Problems of water and wastewater can be solved by implementing the collective water supply and collective sewage or through the construction of individual devices. Ensuring public water supply and sewage collective is under responsibility of communities. In the case when the realization of collective sewerage systems is not possible, we can to building individual sewage treatment systems.
