Summary/Abstract: In the postlacanian theoretical psychoanalysis literature, especially that written by the French feminist authors (Helene Cixous, Julia Kristeva, Luce Irigaray) women’s writing [écriture féminine] is theorized as a specific inscription of female body into the textuality of a language and discourse. Women’s writing has a great potential of not only inscribing the element of a new or different discursive/semantic order by bringing in a new layer of a feminine textuality in the dominant phallogocentric system, but also by questioning and provoking the borderlines of phallogocentric Symbolic world, in the same time revealing the possibility of transgression/restructuration of the same system. But women’s writing is not limited to the writing of the women; women’s writing is also every textual practice that in the similar way points to the fragility of the phallogocentric construction by using the techniques and strategies of fragmentation, resemantization and hybridization of the text, also examining phallogocentric system by examining the structure of the language and writing itself. This paper, using somewhat hybrid textual form itself raises the possibility of analyzing and theorizing the traces of the women’s writing in the language and writing of Roland Barthes, thus opening the space for a broader thinking about the possible extent and variations of the women’s writing in language and textual discourse.
