Summary/Abstract: This article takes issue, which conduct comprehensive systemic changes associated with the formation programs of the Green New Deal. Considerations include both theoretical issues concerning terminology, as well practical aspects. The aim is to determine if implemented green transformation of the economy requires comprehensive changes to the current economic order.
