Summary/Abstract: In the article the author presents the basic assumptions of anomy theory, which compares with the achievements in the field of management. The Author gives a broader view of the issues and organizational problems. Different observations of the anomy within the corporation and the reflections on the correlation with the strategy of the organization were presented.
