Summary/Abstract: Safety of private archival materials of economic organisations is in Slovenian archival legislation arranged equally as the safety of other private archival materials. Its delivery to archives or its protection by creators or owners will depend from their good will, consciousness and also financial means. It is very important that these materials are protected for the future in the state archives, at its creators or even in the specialized economic archives.
