Summary/Abstract: In the Public-Health Institution «Gradske apoteke» in Tuzla a great attention is turned to the question about office and archival business. It is regularly approached to the arrangement of registry materials, throwing away wothless registry materials and choosing archival materials. There is also keeping of neccessary files and delivering them to Archive. Organisation of office and archival business has effects on the plan of protection of registry materials and it also helps in management of the institution. Great attention is turned to this problem in the relation of employer in giving support to the doer of work, then on the plan of protection of materials, education of people in charge, and cooperation with the authorized Archive. This relation resulted into successful protection of registry materials in this institution.
