Two of USA scientist's erected ARD – American Research and D evelopment Companies lately SBIC – Small Business Investment Corporation. Over 700 SBIC Companies collect over 300 mld $. The main target of above mentioned group was financing inventors (high tech and non high tech). Owing Venture Capital arise Intel, Lotus D evelopment, American Express, Microsoft, DEC and many others innovations companies. Together with Business Angels funds arise Apple, IBM, ALCOA, Silicon Valley in California. Usually Venture Capital supports not only capital but also knowledge in management. Practically beside of Venture Capital exist Venture Management and Corporate Venturing. The Venture Capital fund usually obtain certain amount of shares of invention company with expectation of high value growth of their share on Stock Exchange. F or example for 1 $ of Intel share, growth was on the level of 14 686 $.
