Summary/Abstract: The article presents the usage of new technologies in marketing communication by private healthcare companies. The increasing influence of new technologies causes the need to change the approach in marketing communication, also in healthcare. The paper contains also research questions for further exploration. Article is bases on an analysis of reports, literature studies and exploratory studies.
