Non-Monetary Benefits as Primary Form of Implementation of Tasks Social Assistance. Selected Issues

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this work is to present the structure of their granting and provision, scope of entities to which it is addressed and the procedure of refusal to grant it. Forms of social services mentioned in this article have major importance for the activation of social assistance beneficiaries and their implementation provides opportunities for real improvement in the life situation in which there are stakeholders. Among the described types of benefits deserves special attention social work which is one of the most important manifestations of social welfare activities. The study was outlined also introduce a strict connection between the social work and the social contract. Outlined, moreover, the qualifications they should have a social worker. At the same time the author indicates that analyzed support of the law are entitled to assistance irrespective of the income of the beneficiary, and the obligation to refund is associated with the occurrence of the particular circumstances described in the law.
