Summary/Abstract: The article presents new aspects in the process of implementation of interoperability between public administrations. At this stage of development of e-governance it is particularly important that this be implemented to avoid the requirement of the same documents from citizens and businesses for various types provided their e-services. Very serious is the problem with the development of information technology in administration and the willingness of state institutions to progressively join the between-registration system.
