Summary/Abstract: Personal reasons for conflict are related to the presence of individual elements in any conflict.They include: basic mental dominants in the behavior of individuals, traits and personality type, attitudes of individuals, forming a perfect type of personality, inadequate assessments and perceptions, ethical values, modes of behavior. The inconsistency of these factors with actual struggle between people can occur without regard toobjective factors.
