World dairy market – selected issues

Summary/Abstract: In the paper changes in supply and demand for milk and dairy products in the world in the years 1990-2015 have been presented. The research indicates strengthening in the position of exporters of milk and weakening of the countries in which the import of dairy products increases. Increasing production satisfied the increasing consumption of dairy products in the world, which was the result of increasing the number of inhabitants on Earth.
