Summary/Abstract: Observed since the early 90s changes in the intensity and direction of the demographic processes have a significant impact on the transformation of the structure of people by age, especially in spatial terms. Purpose of this article to assess how these changes affect to meet the demand for these labor markets. In an ongoing deliberations assume that-time-the number of available jobs by age of employees is not changed and the-second time-a tendency to work for potential employees by age is constant over time, only changing labor resources. Considerations conducted by provinces and years 2000, 2010 and 2030. In addition, spatial differences are discussed labor force by age.
