Summary/Abstract: The article presents the situation in the real estate market in Szczecin since 2009, during the economic downturn, which is closely connected with downturn in the real estate market. Based on contracts of sale properties were diagnosis of phenomena in this market, which is preceded by a statistical analysis of the variables of sale housing, land and property in the years 2009–2012. The study used data from the notarial acts of sale transactions on the market in Szczecin.
