Summary/Abstract: The paper presents economic research areas in which experimental economics is used. They involve decision-making in terms of risk, in connection with the theory of expected utility. Moreover, it also involves game theory, where the experiments are carried out by examining the behavior of people in a strategic interaction. In the publication the potential of market exchange efficiency by experiment is indicated. The starting point of the discussion was the presentation of the elements which a well conducted economic experiment should have.
