Summary/Abstract: Contemporary theories of labor market shows on regional heterogeneity of this market. The aim of the article is to analyze the regional diversity of unemployment in Poland. Three approaches were used in this analyze: condition analyze, flows analyze and analyze of the relation between conditions and the variables characterizing the status on labor market. Following meters were used: unemployment rate, profession activity rate, employment rate, flows rate (outflow and influx to unemployment), relative risk. It was also highlighted the diagnostic importance of these meters.
