There are 4 types of murder are observed in a law of Western countries: premeditated murder, murder on the basis of heart insistence to implement, murder in an ambush and murder of error. The murderer‟s will and intention determined all these murders being deliberate or non-deliberate (carelessness, etc.).The factors of being deliberate or his preparing for crime does not affect the principle of being premeditated or non-premeditated.
