Summary/Abstract: The article covers the benefits of joining of Azerbaijan to the Received European Social Charter. It is also noted that arising from this obligation to harmonize national legislation with the highest international standards to serve as an incentive for further development of social and labor legislation of Azerbaijan and to become a major landmark in the conduct of socio-economic reforms in the country.
