Summary/Abstract: This paper aims at exploring the geometry of the Romania’s relations with the Arab statesfrom the Middle East (Kuwait, Lebanon, Iraq, Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Syria, Qatar,Yemen) and Iran, by unveiling the responsible elements that shaped the matrix of bilateralinteractions in the period 1989-2010. Moreover, the paper will focus on the conceptual overlappingbetween Romania’s relations with these actors and the exogenous patterns of influences that playedan important role in the articulation and development of Bucharest’s foreign policy deliverables.
