Summary/Abstract: As in all cultures, one of the most important factors determining human life and living spaces through out the current history is suddenly the source of life. Turks have a different meaning of water culture. It is not only good horse rider, warrior, and hunting society. It also has a culture of establishing cities, agriculture and animal husbandry. The Turks pioneered the use of water and the provision of Access to this water, and they established a “water civilization”. In particular, Uighur Turks; Two thousand three hundred years ago, they built snow and ice waters flowing down the "Tanrı Mountains", distribution well sand canals at different distances, and brought to gatherarid soils with water. In later periods; from the Seljuks to the Ottomans; Cisterns, fountains, cisterns, baths, fountains, the civilizations carried the chain up to daylight. According to the records, in the aquaculture and civilization of the Turks, which started in 400 BC, Water science, ground physics and other structural science shave been taken into consideration. In this study, a comparison was made between modern science such as drilling technique, hydrogeophysics applied in today's water research and distribution system and wells technique, water source and distribution studies of old Turks.
