Threats and risks connected with transition from work to unemployment

Summary/Abstract: The article contains the investigation results concerning the uncertainty related other to full time or part time jobs. The author presents mutual relations between employment and unemployment. He indicates that extinction of just social labor division and traditional forms of labor caused demand for new interpretation of theory and practice determining the frameworks of structural economic conditions. The content of the article comprises the research results elaborated on the basis of narrative biographic method used for outlining studies on the job form transformation, especially its subjective perception. The author is trying to present the view that work analysis can be conducted not only by observations of its different areas which create entire existence of people submerged in transitions between employment and unemployment. Designing personal path careers and unemployment occur in the context which is now more open than in the past on science exploration but simultaneously more uncertain and not clearly outlined. For that reason this transition can be understood as a significant condition for differentiated biographic narrations which reflected both investigation result and human biographies.
