Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to analyze and review the activities carried out by employees of companies in Poland in frame of corporate social responsibility (CSR), with particular emphasis on employee dimension. The analysis was conducted using secondary research method. Moreover, the article presents the analysis results of activities that were described in the Responsible Business Forum (FOB) reports Responsible Business in Poland. Good practices. in the period 2005-2015. In Conclusions, the author presented comments on current relationships and emerging trends in the scope of activities undertaken in Polish companies in the area of practices concerning employee aspects.
