Summary/Abstract: The criminal activity against natural environment is widely during the last decade. The major reasons for that are different. In developing countries we find poverty, lack of education and corruption. In developed countries we have increasing demand for raw materials (wood, timber) and for wildlife products (live animals and birds and parts of them). Therefore, the struggle against this phenomenon should be a priority for states and international organizations.
