MORPHOLOGICAL INVESTIGATIONS OF STOMACH AND DUODENUM AFTER CLOSURE OF DAMAGES OF THEIR MUCOS MEMBRANE AND MUSCULAR TUNIC BY MEANS OF "AUTOBIOLOGICAL FILLING" METHOD

Summary/Abstract: An experimental investigation with the purpose of ascertaining the efficiency of “autobiological filling” method in case of profuse gastroduodenal hemorrhage was carried out on 30 underbred dogs. Laparatomy, gastrotomy, or duodenotomy or pyloro-duodenotomy of the anterior wall of the dogs” stomach was carried out. A wound having the diameter of 1- 2 cm was made on the posterior wall of the stomach or the duodenum by means of a scalpel. Interrupted stitches were put in the bleeding wound. Then exfoliation of the mucous membrane around the wound was performed. The first row of stitches was put in by drawing them together. Then the second row of stitches was put in drawing a more spacious zone of the mucous membrane with tamponing the bottom of the wound. Thereupon the third row of stitches was made with drawing the muscular tunic as well.
