Summary/Abstract: Alienation matter between society and intellectuals as being one of the biggest obstacles for the advance of a society, is one of the forward signs of social undone and social degeneration. Due to the modernization efforts for centuries, more remoteness between society and intellectuals has caused alienation of them. In this way, Ziya Gökalp’s general philosophy and a call whose subject is that Turkish intellectuals want society to make what they submit to the society a culture have an important content for putting away the existing alienation. This formula whose aim is to make wholeness between the society and the intellectuals is an example of a strong national formation with eliminating the separation between the society and the intellectuals.
