Summary/Abstract: Purpose. The aim of the article is to analyse the peculiarities of implementing virtual conception “1 student – 1 computer” at the lessons of Ukrainian literature under conditions of cloud-oriented study environment. Methods. The core methods of material processing were theoretical and analytical, empirical (on the basis of observations and pedagogical experiment), mathematical methods and verification approaches. Results. At all times education remains a sensitive indicator of universal progress. Realities distinguish a vitally important competency among the educational competencies. It is a media competency. Anachronistic pedagogical methods slow down the processes of modernization of lessons causing a number of contradictions and loss of students’ motivation. The actuality of the research consists in overcoming these problems.We see the practical significance of the achieved results in implementing the unique approaches and methods of teaching of Ukrainian literature with the use of the technology “1 student – 1 computer”; in creation and spreading the recommendations about active overcoming the difficulties of virtual education; in forming the preventive measures which would make impossible the destructiveness of the method under study on the marginal educational levels.
