Summary/Abstract: In this article it is represented an analysis of the scientific views for prospective teacher’s qualities, which are necessary for pedagogical deals. Researchers examined basic concerts from the point of competence attitude, suggested a model of meaningful-professional teacher’s characters. In this article there are results of the experimental work according to the implementation of model meaningful professional student’s characters development.
