Summary/Abstract: Research accomplished for analyze relationship between demographic information and emotional intelligence and burnout. In research, emotional intelligence categorized for four dimensions which are; emotional appraisal, positive regulation, empathic sensitivity and positive utilization. Burnout categorized for three dimensions which are; emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and decreasing personal success. Data from 551 surveys analyzed by SPSS 23 statistical programme. Results showed significant differences with gender, marital status, administrative tasks, staff position problem, age, title and working experience.
