Summary/Abstract: Osteoporosis (osteoporosis) is a disease of our age now observed in individuals as well as the elderly.Besides the many known risk factors, excessive consumption of protein can cause destruction and disposal of calcium in the body. Hypertrophy of the athletes for their sports (growth of muscle cells) use protein products in addition to the existing diet with expectation. Bodybuilding sports who are being fed high protein diet and these are times to the chemical. Accordingly, the increase in body protein, and a more acidic environment, also reduces the possibility of natural calcium levels in the body during the pulse.
