Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, a very important issue in analyzing economic and social phenomena is the localization. Therefore, in modern research spatial modeling become more and more popular. This approach can be used e.g. for demographic processes or real estate evaluation as well as unemployment, living standard or economic development. Spatial analyses can show significant impact of the spatial factor in explaining variation of the characteristics. The purpose of the paper is to study the spatial dependences of selected social and economic characteristics in Polish regions.
