Summary/Abstract: The cities which can be qualified as the art center, also take on the identity of being capital cultures. While Paris has been taking on this task in the first half of 20th century which is also named modern age, New York has become the center of the art in the afterwards of 1940. While the greatest supporter of the art and artist is necessitating a conscious bourgeoisie, the annihilation of this support causes to weaken of art in tow. This power which supports European art in accordance with this awareness for five centuries, has started to lose its mission gradually with the clump of oncoming war and had to transfer the assignment to another continent. The depression and chaos which has started in Europe around of 1930 year, caused monetary resources to tend towards to U.S.A either with the World War two. A major migration has been lived through art and thought world with this period, most of painter and scientist have interiorized this new world as the center of art and science. This expression language which cannot be predicted in advance even by its creator artist, sustains its topicality with the curiosity of instinction and unconscious.
