Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to identify the concept and characteristics of deviations from the definitive norms of law. Deviations from the definitive norms of law have been for the first time in jurisprudence considered as a type of deviant legally significant behavior, which violates the uniformity of interpretation of legal terms and phenomena used in other norms of law and leads to legal collisions and conflicts. In turn, the latter ones cause legal violations.
