Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study is to identify trends in the changes in the content of human capital embodied in Polish foreign trade. The way to estimate this phenomenon was to calculate the labor content of Polish exports, broken down by high-, medium-, and low-skilled workers. Similarly, the structure of labor saved thanks to imports was also estimated. Calculations were performed using input-output tables from the World Input- Output Database (WIOD), which allowed for creation of unified time series.
