Summary/Abstract: Comparatively analyzing the depositions of Law no. 82/2012, Law no. 39/2003 (amended) and of the New Criminal Procedure Code, in the judicial practice there were risen some issues of judicial technique generated by the conditions and application environment of the special methods of surveillance.
