The category of the judicial persons “institutions” and the enforcement of the regulation of limited criminal liability for public institutions from the perspective of the new Criminal Code

Summary/Abstract: Starting from the drawing of art. 135 par. (2) of the new Criminal Code, the author analyzes the issue of the criminal liability of the public institutions, concluding that the text needs some additions and completions in order to apply the idea of limited liability of the public institutions.
