Summary/Abstract: Changes in economic development, national or local security, and expectations of society will influence how social performance is defined and how it involves stakeholders and thus the performance of a corporation. The stakeholder approach to the corporation is often regarded from instrumental, normative and descriptive implications. The study focuses on the relationship and integration of these implications and tries to answer the questions: What is disclosed by three implications and has a convergent theory a ground to be valid? Apparently the concluding answer to the questions has not been found yet and this study will make an attempt to from some light on it. This paper contributes to the enrichment of the topic.
