Summary/Abstract: The article discussing the topic of juveniles in conflict with the law presents legal and definitional regulations in the field of juvenile delinquency. Particular attention was devoted to the regulations of the law on juvenile acting. The work contains both disciplinary and financial, as well as disciplinary and procedural elements. At the end, the author focuses on conclusions de lege ferenda.
