Summary/Abstract: In this paper the theoretical model of organizational culture is substantiated. The paper consists of three parts: in the first one the conception of organizational culture is examined; then in the second one types of organizational culture are presented, in the third one the broad – brush theoretical model of organizational culture, which involves levels of organizational culture, the interaction between manager and employees, organization culture importance for organization performance, different types of organizational culture is substantiated.
