Summary/Abstract: The article examines the gender profile of the Legislative Assembly of the Central Federal District. The author analyzes age, education, occupation, party affiliation of women deputies of the regional parliaments. The author has indicated the low level of women’s representation in the regional legislative bodies, the political role of women in regional parliaments is negligible and the phenomenon of gender asymmetry is stable, institutional.
